An AP Manager job opportunity has just arisen at a multinational retail company based in South Jakarta.
About the AP Manager Role:
Reporting to the Accounting Manager with a dotted line to the CFO, you will oversee the whole spectrum of AP processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of vendors

Manage the financial accounting, reporting (management and statutory reports), month-end closing process

Timely processing of all vendor invoices

Check GIT calculations and posted in journals correctly

Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax consultant

Monitor and ensure tax payment on a timely basis

Monitor the documents of AP Clearance - AP Trade

Assist the Accounting Manager in dispute, and tax compliance

Propose and review improvement in finance, accounting, business processes and procedures

To succeed in this AP Manager role, you will need to possess a solid understanding of accounting, tax and financial standards.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. ACCA, CPA, CA or a recognised accounting qualifications is a plus

Experience in a Big 4 firm and corporate role

Good leadership skills

Ambitious with demonstrated significant career progression and development

Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills
