The job holder also works with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for products. The duties include managing third party logistics provider. Supports the Logistics & Shipping goals of the organization by ensuring effectiveness of Logistics & Shipping activities. This often includes timeliness, completeness and accuracy of Logistics & Shipping reporting and management of internal controls of the company.- Act as a key interface in day-to-day operations regarding Inbound shipment co-ordination with freight service providers, warehouse 3PL and perform goods receipt in system for order allocation.- Ensure all incoming shipments from suppliers and outgoing shipments from warehouse to customers are coordinated and delivered accurately and timely in accordance to process and customer expectation.- Ensure strict compliance on processes in all areas of warehouse and transportation operations to meet the agreed KPI / SLA targets.- Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity between internal ERP system and 3PL WMS / between system data and physical stock via weekly reconciliation / cycle count and annual stock-take process and monitor monthly inventory volume.- Involve in resolving customer complaints that is related to transportation and warehousing issues.- Involve in process improvement & cost reduction activities/projects around transportation and warehousing.- Ensure compliance of all import / export / warehousing regulatory requirements- Manage invoice verification process around transportation and warehousing.- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.Qualification:- Diploma in Logistics or equivalent- Min 3 years of relevant experience- Experience working for a multinational organization is preferable.Competence & Skills:- Microsoft office (eg.
