Job Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting for Singapore/Overseas subsidiaries Administrate Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables for Singapore/Overseas subsidiaries Supervise affiliates' financial accounts in coordination with local outsourced accountants In charge of subsidiaries' annual audit and compliance with all local tax regulations Responsible for monthly, half-year, and annual reports and other financial reporting are delivered in line with Group's deadlines. Support GST/VAT reporting Work process improvements across reporting, billing, payable, funding, accounting Take charge of regular reconciliation of Acquirer Scheme Receivables / Merchant Payable / Accounts Receivable / Negative end account balances / Deferred Income etc. Assist in PSA reporting and other regulatory reporting Participate ad-hoc finance projects as and when required Requirements: Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 4 years' relevant experience Exposure to the e-commerce/card industry/banking & finance industry would be advantageous Knowledge in Xero Accounting System, Advanced Microsoft Excel skill is essential Good analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data Pro-active and takes initiative A team player with good communication skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients and vendors Red Dot Payment is a payment gateway/solutions company founded in Singapore, with footprints in various countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and more to come.
