A-Pioneer Future Leaders Program is a hiring development program with 12 months (1 year) on the job training (OJT) designed to develop competent and promising future employees in line with Amartha company's values, competences, and expectations, who will be prepared to become Amartha's next future leaders, as our Business Manager.The program will provide you first-hand experiences of the lending business process with intensive mentorship program.
