DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB PURPOSE The Air Import Operator is responsible for coordination of all aspects of air import shipments worldwide.
To provide and support all airfreight operational duties through generation of invoices, data entry, supporting of orders from both local and overseas suppliers, and tending to customer inquiries. Understand and act towards the CBD 2020 and global initiatives KN+NextGen.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles airfreight import operation from A-Z
Check/Receive/Scan & Post document into systems (E-file), Issue invoice, receive/check incoming Invoice
Pre-advice for incoming shipments regardless of terms
Update for status of arrived shipments
Ensure Data Quality Performance
Correct cost entry
Timely Escalation to solid line manager (Supervisor)
Ensure cargo import formalities and arrival align with customers expectation
To perform job based on the approved Air Import Working Instruction and individual customer SOP
