Requirements:- Ungraduated Bachelor Degree or Senior High School are allowed- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Affiliate Marketing, Partnership, Influencer, and Agency (additional value).- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Affiliates, and internal teams.- Understanding the latest trends in the influencer marketing industry.- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia Affiliate Platforms.- Proactive, fast response, pleasant personality, and a good team player.Job Description:- Analyzing potential Affiliators aligned with the brand through social media and ecommerce.- Maintaining and building strong relationships with existing Affiliators.- Collaborating with Affiliators to generate compelling and relevant content, such as unboxing videos, tutorials, product reviews, and other social media posts.- Performing analysis of Affiliator campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and compiling reports on their impact on sales and brand awareness.- Conducting negotiations effectively with Affiliators.- Actively contributing ideas for marketing campaigns with the relevant team.Work From Home (WFH)Only 1x/Week to OfficeLocation : Batu Ceper, Tangerang
