Affiliate & Content Associate

/ Content creator/ Define, implement and execute the business development / growth strategy for the category/ Develop and execute partnerships strategy and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets/ Own partner relationship end to end, from initial, to negotiations, and launch to drive overall sales volumes/ Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships/ Lead cross-functional team in deployment of partnerships, including creative, legal, finance, product, comms, support, etc./ Design and implement necessary analytics to measure and optimize Partnerships/ Ability to negotiate and close deals ranging from tactical, mid-size opportunities, to strategic, large and complex partners**Requirements**:/ Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis/ Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business/ Experience with business development, sales or account management; experience in eCommerce is a plus/ Driven and motivated/ Previous management and leadership experience/ Excellent communication capability in English/ Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times/ Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn/ Have passion in eCommerce industryJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Dari Rp5.100.000 per bulan
