Advertisement Specialist

**Responsibilites**:- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company goals and target audience demographics.- Create Plans for Organic and Non-Organic Marketing Strategies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce engaging advertising materials.- Oversee digital advertising efforts, including online display ads, social media advertising, and search engine marketing- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behavior**Qualification**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Specialist- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective advertising campaigns.- Strong understanding of advertising principles, media planning, and creative development.- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and contribute to the development of compelling advertising content.- Understanding Mobile Games (Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact, Mobile Legends, etc.) will be a plus- Interest in Anime is a plus**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you actively play Genshin Impact?- Do you actively play Honkai StarRail?- Do you actively play Mobile Legend?- Do you Watch Anime?**Education**:- S1 (required)
