Admin Retur

Job Description:- Input Receipt DO / SO from Sales Admin- Realizing the delivery of DO according to schedule.- Report daily GI data and share to the related.- Follow up & Monitor Return Letters from the transporters, and input on SAP u directly submitted to Sales Admin- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers- Report Outstanding Data DO2 and follow up to sales.- Ensure All data admin report included in the sharing folderJob Requirements:- Operational understanding and able to do administrative jobs- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator - Retur, or similar role- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formula creation, macros, and data filtering/sorting.- Ability to problem solve for efficient solutions in a concise manner.- Work both independently and with a team- Willing to do other additional job required related to the goods return process- Willing to be located in Rungkut (Surabaya - Jawa Timur)
