The responsibilities of the job is as follow:- Monitor document received from shipper/consignee daily,- Send original document for every movement type timely as per agreed timeline by customers,- Monitor and follow up undelivered shipments,- Communicate with customers, liners, vendors for any queries,- Escalate and work together for any unsolved problem to superior,- Completing report related to document tasks, whether regularly or ad-hoc,- Record all failure of parties related,- Maintain all KPI related to document tasks,- Back up unattended peer,**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh Graduate**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
