Admin Dan Customer Service

**Requirements**:- Female, max. 27 years- Have min. 1 year experience in related field- Minimal High school / Vocational school- Have ability to operate Ms. Office- Understands the basic of Customer Engagement & Relationship- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respons to different types of characters- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effective and negotiation- Can handle customer database on the system- Domicile in Jakarta- Can join ASAP**Responsibilities**:- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint- Make MOM (Minutes of Meeting), daily and monthly reportsJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakUpah: Rp3.500.000 - Rp4.000.000 per bulan
