If you're excited to be at the forefront of this transformation and are ready to tackle the industry's challenges head-on, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team.**Your Role: Account Receivable****What You'll Be Doing**:- Educating, verifying, coordinating, and documenting with internal and external parties.- Creating, submitting, and verifying invoices and VAT slips.- Monitoring and collecting accounts receivable and WHT 23.- Reporting cash inflows, aged receivables, and supporting monthly closing every first month (including public holidays)**What We're Looking For**:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field- Knowledge of accounting systems, familiarity with Xero is a plus- Tax knowledge- Proficient in Excel/Google SheetsAre you ready to shape the future of real estate?
