And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!Accounting and Tax Compliance is responsible for implementing policies, program, and system related accounting and tax to generate complete and accurate financial information and records.**About the Job**- Perform monthly closing cut-offs, deadlines, perform post-close reviews, supervise closing tasks, and review key trial balance accounts and reports- Perform estimates, provisions and accruals- Prepare / review tax returns, tax supporting schedules, forms for local authorities- Support adoption of new/revised accounting standards- Support to ensure monthly timely closure of books, closing checklist is complete timely- Support Indirect & Direct Taxation compliance and operations- Implement continuous improvement initiatives regarding processes, technologies, and organization- Support auditing processes are completed without any adverse comments- Support the company is compliant with all the applicable laws & taxes related finance domain**About you**- Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting- Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries / FMCG / fast paced environment- Knowledgeable in MS Office and ERP system (SAP)- Strong understanding of global chart of accounts (FRA1 / FRA2), statutory / management (BU) reporting, accounting automation processesAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
