Accounting Supervisor

Control AP/ AR accounts and bank accounts.Check monthly recaps that need to be checked.Maintain all COA descriptions and update COA statuses that are no longer in use.Prepare a journal guide for each type of transaction for the FAT team.Create detailed transactions in the Balance Sheet for all existing accounts so that monthly reports become more transparent and controllable.Arrange cash flow (direct & indirect) and make notes of non-cash transactions.Preparing KPPK and ULN reports for Bank Indonesia.Control revenue and cost of sales based on PSAK 72.Prepare financial report formats for Waste4Change affiliates/subsidiariesUpdating and completing SOP of Accounting.Maintain the inventory records that are increasingly valid.Updating the allowance for uncollectible accounts (yearly).Collect interim and subsequent events.Controlling all account tax reconciliation.Min. Bachelor's Degree of Finance or Management.Have experience from Accounting field at least 3 years.Have a good knowledge with Accounting system (especially Jurnal.id preferred).Have an experience lead a team or project.Keen eyes to details.Strong analytical and planning skills.
