Accounting Manager

Requirement:- Max. 40 years old- At Least min. Bachelor degree from Accounting, Tax, Finance or Economics- Min. 5- 7 years working experience in Finance & Accounting Manager or Audit Manager- Have experience in doing financial reports, audits, risk control, and financial control- Good understanding of Indonesia Taxation and Local Tax Filling System- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challengesJob Description:- Stipulate company budget and make accounting business plan for overall expenses.- Ensure all transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed, and supported in accordance with company policies and controls.- Conduct regular financial reviews, variance analysis, and budgeting to assist in strategic planning and resource allocation.- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity- Maintain the audit process with external auditor and work together with them to ensure improvement procedures within the company.- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and ensure the company's accounting practices remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.- Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing financial expertise to support the development of business strategies.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuUpah: Rp400.000.000 - Rp600.000.000 per bulan**Experience**:- GAAP: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- CPA (preferred)
