With a strong presence across multiple countries, their modern infrastructure and experienced professionals enable the delivery of accessible and affordable healthcare to diverse communities**Responsibilities**:- Overseeing the daily financial operations and the company's information systems.- Reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of the accounting and financial systems, and providing appropriate recommendations for more effective and efficient operations.- Formulating and implementing new financial policies and procedures accurately.- Establishing and monitoring the annual operational budget, forecasting, and revising as per accounting and budget principles.- Conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the company's financial position and analyzing financial and management reports monthly.- Authorized to review and approve financial and accounting transactions from all departments.- Preparing special management reports and authorized to conduct investigations if necessary.- Maintaining accurate accounting records in compliance with accounting and taxation regulations.- Implementing appropriate changes in accordance with new government regulations and procedures.- Reviewing all forms of company's cooperative contracts with suppliers and customers.- Building good relationships with external parties such as Bank Officers, Tax Officials, Government Officials, External Auditors, and others.- Assisting other staff members, especially during the monthly financial report closing.- Providing requested data by internal and external audit staff.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance.- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager.- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.- Analytical thinking and detail-oriented.- Proficient in English language.**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- accounting manager: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
