Join us and make an impact in the fintech space.**About the role**:As our Accounting Firm Partnerships Lead, you are responsible for acquiring leads through management of our accounting partners portfolio. This is an opportunity for a driven business development, sales or partnerships manager who has a unique blend of analytical and communication skills, and has ownership and track-record of achieving high output and goals.**What you will be doing**:- Lead acquisition and relationship management of accounting firms in Indonesia with the goal of acquiring new accounts- Build a winning value proposition with accounting partners to drive acquisition- Measure and report performance of accounting partnerships, gain insight and assess against goals- Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve the partnership program- Stay abreast of the market trends and competitor landscape to shape and improve our programs**What you will need**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development or similar roles- Prior experience in managing accounting partners (accountants and bookkeepers)- Understanding of the tax and accounting space in Indonesia- Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and work ethic- Demonstrated track record of driving growth results- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills- Ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset
