Accounting, Finance & Tax Staff (Rp1123)

Controlling and Monitoring Cashflow- Journal all transaction of petty cash, AR, AP, Depreciation Prepayment, Sales recognition- Controlling and monitoring for company income (AR) such as terms of payment and remaining amout to be billed- Controlling and monitoring for company outcome (AP) such as schedule payment, schedule for prepaid expenses monthy, petty cash- prepare of general ledger- prepare of income statement and balance sheet monthly and yearly- prepare payment full sets of taxes monthly including pph badan- handle daily administration duty: make bank transaction, prepare supporting documents, etc- Age maximum 30yo- minimum 2-3 years in accounting experiences (especially in contractor company)- Bachelor's Degree with majoring economic/accounting- familiar with tax reporting administration and tax regulation- Good in Computer (MS Office) and able to operate SAP Business One- Have the leadership to take initiative and work independently in handling various day to day office administration matters.- Proactive, honest, focus, detail and have good analytical and critical thinking- Fluent in english both written and spoken- Highly appreciate to sending your CV and portfolio**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
