Accounting/Finance Officer

RECIKI SOLUSI INDONESIA****WE ARE A WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR**:**ACCOUNTING/FINANCE OFFICER At Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur****Requirement**:- Willing to be placed at Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur and available immediately.- Have a minimum education history of bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.- Experienced as accounting/finance officer or a relevant role for at least 2 years.- Understand book-keeping and accounting principles, standards, practices, laws and regulations related to Finance and accounting.- Knowledge of Financial accounting and local tax legislation.- Able to use Xero Software.- Proactive, thorough, detailed, and able to good analysis.- Preferably has experience in waste management industry.**Job Descriptions**:- Processing and recording daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, and company expenditures.- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.- Monitoring the company's cash flow, managing bank accounts, and ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.- Petty cash reconciliation.- Recording all client receivable data based on all issued invoices, preparing a list of bills and their completeness to be billed according to the invoice issuance date.- Creating sales tax invoices and tax withholding receipts.- Preparing documents and providing support during external or internal audit processes.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuAbility to Commute/Relocate:- Sidoarjo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Diutamakan)**Experience**:- Accounting/Finance: 2 years (Diwajibkan)**Location**:- Sidoarjo (Diutamakan)
