WANDERLUST FITNESS VILLAGE is looking for an accountant to lead our accounts teamKEY RESPONSIBILITIESMonth-end Process (P&L and A&L Reconciliation)Ensure all end of month journals and adjustments have been postedPrepare payroll journal entries and accrualsReview monthly stock-take results and food and beverage cost of sales reports for accuracy. Investigate any irregularitiesReview P&L for discrepancy and process adjustment journals as requiredPrepare critique for any significant P&L line variance and discuss with director of financeConducting month end P&L review with department headsKeep record and distribute monthly P&L meeting minutes and critiqueEnsure all A&L account has balanced before closing month endPrepare A&L reconciliation by due date for director of finance's review & approvalMaintain fixed asset register and produce the depreciation reports for owner's accountantsPrepares and distribute daily labour cost report to all departmentsConduct regular meeting with department heads on forecasted labour cost to ensure they are in targetReview payroll reports and conduct analysisReview departmental purchase ordersReview expenditures with department heads regularly to ensure overall department spending is on targetAssist department head on establishing various cost control measures by providing data, tools and analysis as requiredGeneral Accounting FunctionsMonitor and provide guidance to finance officers on their day to day tasks and assist wherever necessaryMonitor and provide guidance to purchasing/receiving clerk on his/her day to day task and assist wherever necessaryAssist accounts receivable on conducting credit meetings with concerned departmentsLiaise with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, to ensure rebills to other entities are issued on a timely basisReview daily cash reconciliation reports for accuracy on weekly basisAssist Owners in preparation of cashflow forecastAssist Owners with annual budgeting processAttend departmental morning meetings and other department head meetingsCross train in other areas of finance and assist in covering these roles when associates go on annual leavePerform any other reasonable task requested by director of OwnersReview and update the department's policies, standards and guidelines as required.Ensure 100% compliance with all local LegislationMaintain company confidentiality, ensuring that business dealings within the organization are not discussed with outside parties**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Bahasa Indonesia (required)Ability to Commute:- Bandung (required)
