Responsibilities
• Manage and compile financial reports, notes/invoices, and accounts.• Perform billing and collection processes (e.g. rent, taxes, income).• Record financial transactions in the general ledger.• Maintain and update accounting records and files.• Analyze budgets to prevent waste and make financial reports.• Analyze transactions with stakeholders and shareholders.• Close the books at the end of the month and the end of the year.• Prepare documents needed for audit of financial statements.• Report every progress to the Accounting Manager.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experienced in accounting.• Familiar with Knowledge Management Systems (Accurate System, etc).• Familiar with Cost Accounting.• Detail oriented.• Fast learner with high interest in learning and growing together.
