Account Support Coordinator

Responsibility:1. Fulfill the supply of the sales team according to the needs of the sales team in the area2. Manage acquisition and retention sales team3. Manage Agent Network Grabkios4. Carrying out coaching and teamwork with the sales team5. Responsible for the OKR Area targets6. Accustomed to working collaboratively with other divisions7. Can provide ideas or initiatives according to the needs of the OKR targetRequirements:1. At least 2 years experience as a salesperson, field-based, direct-selling target oriented, covering Purwakarta, Subang, Kab. Bandung Barat2. Have a valid SIM C and willing to drive a motorcycle to support mobility3. Bachelor's degree from any major4. Preferably with 1 year experience as a sales supervisor in targeted cities with good understanding of the local market. Ideally is a Purwarkarta native.5.
