Account Support Coordinator

Reporting line directly to team Lead- Collaborate with City Ops Team, City Growth, & Marketing Team to execute merchant operational excellent, campaign strategy, & Marketing strategy- Handling Middle - Top brands for respective city- Reviewing and be responsible for own portfolio performance, as part of OKR/KPI- Responsible for managing, updating, and reporting out performance (Call Plan & Monitoring )- Ensuring to achieve OKR/KPI given- Give insight on how the result of campaign ongoing & suggest/give feedback on how to make it better from two-way communication- Convey feedback complain from merchants & act as 1st layer of problem solver- Be the front face of GrabMart verticals, behave nicely and properly- Make sure to understand all campaign ongoing & socialize to merchant- Act as business consultant & consult on business plan to merchant as a mutual partnership between company and brands/merchants- Good manner- Execute/make sure all of central initiative/Project can be executed well infield & give insight on the feedback from field team**Job requirement**:- Minimum education S1 from any major- Minimum experience 1 year in sales/account maintenance/account managementJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, KontrakPendidikan:- S1 (Diwajibkan)Pengalaman:- Sales: 1 tahun (Diutamakan)
