Account Payable Clerk

**JOB DUTIES**- Monitoring & follow up pending invoice in system- Follow up dispute invoice to the respective team- Communicate and to follow up with vendor for related issue invoice and reconcile vendor's SOA- Checking payment proposal that provided by P2P Team in biweekly basis- Ensure that overdue invoice are paid in timely basis- Checking actualize internal tariff- Requesting & info Tax Team to check WHT for invoice related to LOGIS Ocean- Ensure that cash payment voucher booked to the correct GL account- Responsible to clear pending in S21 & NS21 Rejected Invoices- Ensure that soft scan invoice (Shipping Line/ Airlines) are saved and ready to scan twice a week- Comply with HSE procedure and regulation- Actively participate in all HSE program**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Education background minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics major- Experience in Account Payable minimum 2 years- English Fluency both in writing and speaking- Computer Literacy is a must- Results oriented without compromising Respect- Has all technical competencies that required by the position
