Account Manager

Responsibility- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executiveRequirement- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Account Manager in IT Solutions or Services company- Having experience in IT Staffing/Resourcing business preferred- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Account Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
