Account Executive

An exciting opportunity has become available at one of the fastest growing IT companies in Singapore. We are expanding and actively looking for a highly motivated individual for Account Executive to ensure smooth operations in the finance team.**Responsibilities**:- Processing daily transactions and update relevant data and transactions in the accounting and management system- Maintaining accounting journal entries, general ledger, trial balance and financial statement- Performing monthly closing of financial statement- Performing annual closing of financial statement- Processing tax calculation and tax reporting for Monthly Income Tax Article 21, 23, 4(2), VAT- Processing tax calculation and tax reporting for Annual Tax Return- Processing disbursement requests and executing transaction to company's bank account- Processing local invoicing to related customers- Providing finance, accounting and tax administrative support- Any ad-hoc duties assigned when required**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in business or accountancy.- Familiar with journal and financial reporting- At least 1 years of relevant work experience with accounting software systems preferred.- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa- Possess strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills- Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
