To ensure that we are able to serve the nation for another 50 years, we are undergoing a digital transformation; strengthening and expanding our solid business pillars by developing new digital business initiatives.Our vision is to enlight all the people in Indonesia with all the knowledge we have.Prospect and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve set sales targets.Identify new business opportunities within the industry to expand client base.Conduct product and service presentations to potential clients.Monitor industry trends, competition, and best practices in radio media sales and marketing.Provide excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering suitable solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to effectively deliver promotional messages to target audiences.Maintain accurate sales records and generate activity reports regularly.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industryExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build good relationships with clients.Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently as well as in a team.Strong knowledge of radio media and the local advertising/media market.Proficiency in using office software.
