Acclimatization Officer

Job Description:- Determining criteria and selecting plants that are ready to be removed from acclimatization to preconditioning or estates or estate of PT SMART- Ensure all purchases for acclimatization need within budget- Review the schedule and amounts for the expenditure of the ramet to the Dept. Head- Ensure all activities in Acclimatization run according to procedure- To supervise and coordinate the procurement of tools and materials- Carry out Green House (acclimatization), pre-nursery-data collection- Supervising in-out ramet flow- Supervise the discard ramet and reject and destruction of the ramet- Make decisions and provide quick and precise responses to any problems that require input and implement good coordination of work for the achievement of customer satisfaction (internal and external).- Within the scope of its staffs to increase and be responsible for the profitability of the company.- Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the ranks on an ongoing basis.Job requirement:- Minimum Master Degree (S2) 4 majoring Agronomy / Soil Sains- Min GPA 3.0- Having a good knowledge in Aclimatization- Placement in Sentul (Bogor)"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
