3Pl Operations Monitoring

Manage day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timely delivery.-- Coordinate reminder pickups with 3PL providers.-- Generate undelivery reports for users.-- Analyze discrepancies in shipping fees with 3PL providers.-- Monitor claim submissions to 3PL providers.-- Oversee claim disbursement to users.-- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Customer Service team to resolve user issues.-- Support Supervisor with additional assigned duties.**Job Requirements**A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major (relevant field preferred).-- Strong communication skills are essential.-- Basic proficiency in English is required.-- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.-- Experience in logistics is considered advantageous.
