The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate

KPI Design and Implementation Review

- Set up and align the KPI design with Country Strategy
- Manage the control process of the scorecard implementation to be align with the Country Strategy
- Manage the adherence to the compliance requirement related to the Group Scorecard Guideline
- To analyse KPI per branch/RM level and ensure to perform Quarterly Promotion Review on quarterly basis

Branch Performance Monitoring & Review

- To monitor & review performance of branches vs country strategy / budget
- Consolidate daily tracker and branch fast track report from all branches and share to Business leaders
