Your main responsibility is to build and manage automated messaging scripts and user behavior segmentation logic on WhatsApp.
This role requires a strong command of automation tools and a good understanding of user psychology to ensure that traffic from content is converted into prospects who respond, show interest, and proceed to consultation.
You will also serve as a key link in the content ? ads ? consultation cycle, working closely with the content and advertising teams to develop effective handling and retargeting strategies for prospects.
Job Description : WhatsApp Script Configuration & Bot Flow Design Develop and execute messaging scripts including greetings, FAQs, CTAs, and configure multi-branch bot responses.
Design specific conversation flows for each user entry point (ads, content, campaigns, etc.).
Optimize tone, message order, and key CTAs to encourage higher user engagement.
Build a user labeling system (cold / warm / hot; consulted / not yet; directed / closed).
Customize follow-up paths based on behavioral data such as clicks, replies, or drop-offs.
Collaborate with the ads team to develop a lead scoring system based on prospect behavior and quality.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Closed Feedback Loop Provide insights to the content team on common questions, user sentiment, and trending topics.
Coordinate the auto-to-manual transition flow with the CS team to ensure smooth handover from bot to agent.
Regularly review script performance: response rates, drop-off points, and manual intervention needs.
Job Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any major.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
Understands user anxiety and knows how to engage with empathy.
Able to design efficient and personalized multi-branch response flows.
Knows how to guide users from "just chatting" to "ready for consultation." Capable of operating WhatsApp CRM tools with structured technical execution.
