Warehouse Regional Operations Manager

Responsible for warehouse operations, operations hour so that can align with the needs of sales team.
- Process alignment with related departments (AM, SM, RM and ACM) to get smooth process in warehouse.
- Provide and manage all warehouse resources align with company needs.
- Give decision for solution to all warehouse problems.
- Make regulations in warehouse that will support each process.
- Give punishment for every mistake made by supervisor or admin according to the level of error.
- Ensure sufficient warehouse capacity and if over capacity, must find and proposes locations to storing that over capacity.
- Align with RM about market size and sales forecasting to provide locations.
- Do coordination with sales team (RM and AM) for any case facing in warehouse issues.
- Do coordination with related department for scheduling and doing annual stock take or opname and SOP Audits.
- People resource arrangement for all warehouse on the regions.
**Requirements**:

- Experienced 4+ years of warehouse management.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets).
- Excellence in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and multitasking.
- Strong in problem-solving skills
