Warehouse Manager (Tambun)

**Responsibilities**- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping- Continuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as delivering continuous improvement initiatives- Develop and maintain SLA/KPIs to achieve warehouse goals- Train and manage warehouse members to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory, inbound, outbound and logistics process- Provide regular report for capture operational issue and suggest initiative to solved- Communicate and collaborate with others stakeholders e.g sales, procurement, product team etc**Requirements**:- 2-3 years experience in supply chain/logistic management- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes- Familiar and understand with the concept of how WMS works- Adaptive, and able to build logical and systematic approach to work- Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve desired goal- Great interpersonal and communication skills- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude**Benefits**- Flexible working hours- Communication & Transportation Allowance- Vision Allowance- Maternity Allowance- Insurance with Dental cover and COVID-19 free special coverage- Private Medical/health insurance for employee and family members (spouse up to 3 children)- BPJS Allowance (Jaminan Hari Tua, Kesehatan, Jaminan Pensiun, Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja, Jaminan Kematian)
