Warehouse Manager

1. Maintain the warehousing management, organize and implement the management of materials storage to meet the needs of production and customers, and ensure the consistency and safety of the materials.
2. Continously improve warehouse audit system to provide a strong guarantee for the authenticity, timeliness and accuracy of inventory information and business activities.
3. Identify and continous improvement of warehouse's business process and also security/safety risks.
4. Organize and implement fair and equitable team performance management, supervise the operation personnel in strict accordance with the process,strengthen business skills training and upgrade, and ensure excellent business results output.
5. Pursue excellence, continuously improve the 6S management in warehouse.
6. Build and implement the first class logistics storage and transportation service capabalilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in logistics, business management and other related majors are preferred;
- More than five years of working experience in warehouse especially in the electronics industry;
- Familiar with logistics warehousing management and on-site 6S management knowledge, and master the methods of analyzing and solving problems;
- Strong principle, high sense of responsibility and carefulness, good communication and coordination skills, learning ability and organizational influence, and pursuit of excellenc
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
