Warehouse Assistant

**Warehouse Assistant****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Receiving goods from inventory that consists of raw material, packaging material, half finished goods material, and finished goods material.- Receiving non inventory items such as fixed assets and consumable materials.- Receiving rejected and returned materials.- Managing material keeping and material delivery for operation purpose and it returns process.- Managing materials preparation and delivery for export, domestic, and other purposes.- Doing goods identification and managing goods labelling.- Ensuring goods and material in the warehouse being kept in a good condition, clean, neat, and safe.- Managing documentation and administration regarding to receiving, storing, returning, and goods delivery.- Doing administrative activities manually or using the SAP.- Operating material handling equipment.- Managing stock opname periodically.- Doing other activities related to increase value of warehouse operation.- Keeping the warehouse in a clean, neat, and safe.- Using and maintaining all equipment and supporting tools at the warehouse properly and responsibly.- Doing daily job activities aligned with agreed SOP, GMP, and HSE guideline.- Actively involved in doing efficiency process, reducing complexity, reducing inefficiency, to support company's operational excellence process.- Managing good communication and coordination with peers and direct superior, also report directly to the superior if there is a deviation or abnormality at the warehouse.- Doing any other activities that needed, based on order from direct superior.**WHO YOU ARE**- Graduated from high school or other equal institution.- Understanding warehouse management process.- Having good ability in computer to manage data and numbers.- Understand the basic principle of GMP.- Honest, detail oriented, meticulous, responsible and team player.- Focus on HSE at working.- Oriented on result and continuous improvement.- Willing to work based on agreed SOP.- Willing to follow company's guidance and policy.**Application Period**:- 18 April - 1 May 2023**Reference Code**:- 790089**Division**:- Consumer Health**Location**:- Indonesia : West Java : Cimanggis**Functional Area**:- Supply Chain Management**Position Grade**:- R05**Employment Type**:- Regular**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
