Wanted: Accountant

Our company is a online beauty store. Our current Marketing position is described as follows:**General Description**:*- Manage all accounting transactions (personal and small business)- Prepare budget forecasts & publish financial statements on time- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings- Process approvals for spending and manage petty cash reports- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable- Ensure timely bank payments- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns- Interface with international currencies and make sure we're compliant with USA- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity and ensure government compliance- Audit financial transactions and documents- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary- Comply with financial policies and regulations- Assisting general administration duties as required by company- Miscellaneous accounting duties as it pertains to company's needs**Requirements**:*- At least two years experience as Accountant; knowledge of Quickbooks is a bonus.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google suite; must have a laptop & know the computer- Proficiency in English (other languages a plus) with strong interpersonal & professional skills- Detail oriented, excellent mathematical skills, dependable, and timely- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills**Compensation**:This is a full time position.
