**Key Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible of your attendance 5 minutes before your schedule times
- Well grooming, clean and tidy uniform including shine shoe's
- To ensure that the service is at all time performed in a professional manner and to the style as Specified by the standard operational procedure.
- To be fully conversant with every food and beverages product dish in the restaurant and the provide explanations if requested
- To be follow the company policy and the vision Statement are followed and utilized at all times
- To do mise en place, cleaning and service in the restaurant
- To ensure that all tasks set are completed in the time allocated and to the standard set by the company
- To provide take away order to the standard laid by company
- To ensure that all dishes are transported to the restaurant is clear, clean through the sanitation and hygiene standard
- To report all the comment, complain or any other feedback from the guests to the
- restaurant manager
- To ensure that the preparation and mise en place are correct and to the standard set by the company
- To be responsible in ensuring the station are ready for service
- To ensure that all food or beverages box that taken for take away order are checked by superior before being delivered
- To use guest's name at all times
- To ensure that you are attend in training, meeting, and briefing
- To be fully aware of fire safety procedure & Health safety procedure.
