An attractive VP of HR job has just become available at a rapidly growing tech start-up company in Jakarta. You will be a strategic partner of the management team to provide direction to the organisation from an HR perspective.
About the VP of HR Role:
Reporting to the CEO, your role is to promote the role of strategic HR and ensure the long-term success of both HR and the organisation as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management team to craft the company's vision and mission
Maintain a deep understanding of the business and culture inside and out so that you are able to provide strategic HR partnership to the business leaders and the teams you support
Own the evaluation and maintenance of HR systems related but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, compensation and benefits
Decide and act on initiative for equal opportunity, diversity, etc.
Act with the employee experience top of mind, continuously seeking feedback, inefficiencies and maintaining business relationships based on trust and respect

To succeed in this VP of HR role, you must function as a hands-on, strategic partner to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategy.
Key Requirements:
Two years of experience in an HR Leadership role and managing a team of direct report
Experience owning HR Operations in a high-growth, fast paced start-up environment
FMCG background is an advantage
Exemplary communication ability, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively influence
Agile and possess a can do attitude
