This role goes beyond managing numbers — it's about designing and building financial systems and frameworks that can scale, withstand scrutiny, and meet world-class standards of excellence.ResponsibilitiesFinancial governance & control: Build and strengthen financial systems, processes, and internal controls with a controller mindset to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.Audit & compliance readiness: Ensure the company is fully prepared for external audits, as well as meet IFRS/PSAK and regulatory standards.Financial planning & management: Oversee financial strategy, capital management, and cash flow to support sustainable growth.Reporting & insights: Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and provide insights that guide strategic decisions.Team leadership: Elevate the finance team's capability and professionalism through mentorship, structure, and embedding best practices in controller and compliance functions.Stakeholder engagement: Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions, and effectively communicate financial health and audit outcomes to leadership and the board.QualificationsProven leadership in finance and accounting at VP/Head level within a regulated or high-growth industry.Deep expertise in financial reporting standards (IFRS/PSAK), compliance frameworks, and internal controls.Ability to design, enforce, and scale financial systems and policies to global standards.
