Strategic planning and execution of all marketing
initiatives that align with a brand's goals and objectives
to grow the business.
Complete ownership on ecommerce sales expansion,
P/L - increasing sales, market share, capabilities, and
excellence in the segment; and very number and ROI
driven in fine tuning business plans based on
performance.
Formulate a storytelling to craft engaging campaigns
for the brand to increase their brand awareness and
visibility.
Manage third party relationships including but not
limited to Internal / Group Media Company,
Marketplace Platform, Advertising agencies,
Technology firms, also negotiates and monitors quality
and cost of services.
Provide direction to the departmental team members
in the performance of their duties, establishing work
priorities, and achieving management objectives.
Oversee all areas of brand & marketing
(Merchandising, Promotion, Digital Marketing,
Content, Creative).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience (Master's degree or equivalent is a plus).
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the fields of Digital Marketing, Branding Management, sales/merchandising, partnerships and owning a portfolio.
Having experience in the field of e-commerce will be an advantage
Mastering and able to develop sales business processes.
Have good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in English both speaking and writing.
