Visual Merchandiser

**Key Responsibilities**:Work closely with various division to coordinate and align to make the business strongerDevelop VM training to your colleagues onsite, ensure every department and store team understand and compliance to VM standardsManage VM implementation and monitor performance to ensure visual merchandising strategies are executed and achieved in an efficient and effective waysSensitive to business and be able to translate to visual aspect**Requirements**:Preferably has experience in fashion retailProfessional proficiency in EnglishPreferably live in Surabaya or willing to relocate on their own to SurabayaDemonstrate integrity, good team work, empathy and open minded in working environment**Technical competency required**:Good in computer literate including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
