Virtual Business Associate

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Business Associate in our company.
You will be assigned to Qoala Plus Business Unit.
Qoala Plus is one of our business units that focuses on direct promotion of our products to offline customers.
**Responsibilities**:

- Implement strategies to reengage inactive Mitras and encourage them to resume their activities
- Build and maintain relationships with active Mitras to ensure their continued engagement and satisfaction
- Provide ongoing support to Mitras to help them maximize their potential and achieve their goals

**Requirements**:

- Experience in general insurance background preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in utilizing systems and G Suite, especially Excel
- Demonstrates a proactive "can-do" attitude with excellent manners and a high level of initiative
