Value Stream Lead, Vision

1.
Demand Planning:

- Lead the monthly S&OP meeting with Business Unit Head to review historical sales, trade inventory, sales forecast and any promotional / expansion activities.
- Ensure S&OP process is followed on monthly basis to develop the best forecast
- Ensure forecast submission to OMP on a timely basis
- Conduct IBP meeting with Business Unit Head, Commercial team, Regional Planner, Deliver team and Finance team to update business outlook

2.
Inventory Management:

- Review inventory replenishment from Plant to ensure stock availability for sales to trade
- Review Planning Parameters (Safety Stock, Min Safety Stock, Bell Curve) on quarterly basis for all brands to ensure optimum inventory availability
- Provide ESO provision recommendation
- Connect with LGS team, Commercial, BDC Warehouse team and BUF to finalize ESO provision numbers

3.
Local Label Management:

- Once label design received from Regulatory Affair, forward to label supplier for them to work on artwork
- Request label supplier to provide artwork approval
- Once the artwork approved, request label supplier to provide proof print for First Article Inspection before mass production
- Create PO for label through eMP
- Provide approval on First Article Inspection & revert back to label supplier for mass production

4.
Import Management:

- Receive pre-alert of shipment detail from freight forwarder
- Connect with export import team on clearance process

5.
Enhance Customers experience
- Partner with Key Account sales team and Key Account customers to ensure supply chain issues are discussed and shared e.g.
Supply Issue, Backorders, Delivery Time.
6.
Reporting to Regional Supply Chain
- Provide monthly one SEA dashboard by C+8
- Provide weekly commentary on LIFR performance for the Regional SC
- Build One Number target by C+5 and present on C+7

7.
New Product Launch:

- Coordinate on master data extension for NPI
- Connect with Commercial team to decide list of SKUs to launch
- Propose Bell curve and SS setting to Regional Planner
- Order and maintain the right inventory level and SKUs for the NPI
- Ensure AKL label stickers readiness upon stock arrival
- Manage RX-DX conversion

8.
Involvement in Adhoc Projects:

- Audit preparation/follow-up project
- Any regulatory/quality compliance project
- Any process improvement project

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Supply Chain experience (i.e.
Planning, Manufacturing) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- ERP (e.g.
SAP) basic functional knowledge preferred
- Passionate to learn new things and solve challenging problems
- Collaboration, prioritization, communication and presentation skills
- At least 7 year experience in supply chain, preferable from Pharm/medical background
- Attention to details and compliance to standards.
