- Participate in an end-to-end design process with peer researchers, designers, product, and engineering team
- Create clear and concise copies in both English and Bahasa Indonesia of various products that can be easily understood by users from various backgrounds across app, website, and mobile web
- Aim for create a balance between engaging and clear copies to ensure seamless user experience
- Conducting copy testing to determine the effectiveness of your copy.
Expect collaborating with the researcher to help you from planning, recruiting participants, and iterating your copy.
- Develop Tone of Voice and other UX content guidelines.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Communications, Literature, Marketing, and related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, such as; technical or marketing writing, product documentation or online publishing
- Strong communication skill and high attention to detail
- Fluent in both; English and Bahasa
- Having experience in e-commerce copywriting or digital products is a plus (contextual portfolio or samples required)
