Monitor, analyze and facilitate user feedback to identify potential product and user experience improvement;

Conduct user research to generate local insights to drive product and content optimizations;

Participate in localization-related initiatives and proactively contribute ideas and suggestions to improve product key metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Native speaker of Indonesian.
English/Mandarin can be used as a working language;
- Comprehensive understanding of viral content and online novels.
Sensitive to users and new trends;
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and a sense of ownership.
Strong analytical skills preferred.
