About The Role As Growth Lead, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, activation, and retention for our fast-paced e-grocery and quick commerce platform. In your first six months, you'll be expected to identify growth levers across performance marketing, CRM, referral, and in-app promotions—while working closely with product, analytics, and category teams. The role demands a strong bias for experimentation, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution. You'll face the challenge of scaling demand efficiently in a price-sensitive, competitive market, and will be instrumental in shaping our growth engine for long-term sustainability.
\n What You Will Do Own the Growth Strategy and Promotion budgetTake charge of monthly budgeting and weekly execution with emphasis on growth while maintaining profitabilityLead initiatives, strategies, and implementation, with primary focus on customer lifecycle funnels such as organic acquisition, retention and resurrection.Discover business problems and growth opportunities in the business and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within apps, and actual customer insightsExperiment on single or a combination of multiple initiatives (e.g. vouchers/promotion, product or pricing changes) and validate solutions through statistical analysisCollaborate with Merchandising, Marketing and Operations teams in the development and implementation of initiatives and strategiesPrepare routine reports and present findings as basis of rationale and recommendations for strategic decision making What You Will Need At least 4 years of experience in strategy or growth role at a tech company, e-commerce, or management consulting backgroundStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Understanding of SQL and other statistical tools is preferredStrong business acumen, an end-to-end the problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in increments and exponents and balance attention to detail with swift executionLeadership skills to manage direct and indirect stakeholders with various backgroundsStrong communication and project management skills with experience managing projects with multiple stakeholdersAbility to move and execute quickly in a time efficient manner to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team
