DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Requirement : 1. Minimum 30 years old, with at least 3 years experience in a similar role in Sales for Bancasurance Business or Agency.
2. Sales Insurance Drives, Target oriented, able to accurately forecast sales, ability to analyze data to find trends and problems
3. Capacity to manage various sales project with work to tight deadlines
4. Expert level interpersonal skills include excellent negotiation, great communication and presentation skills
5. Expert in Life Insurance Knowledge and skills of Sales Performance Management, has great achievement in Sales Life Insurance Business
6. Capability to mentor, train & coach sales team
