**Position Description**

**Job Summary**
- Work together with the Head of Market, Business Head and Service Manager as part of a cross-functional team together with distribution partners and regional functions to drive the agreed strategic business targets and dealer change management
- Responsible for gaining alignment with Dealer Management for agreed customer satisfaction, penetration, sales and profitability targets for Uptime and Parts Services in assigned dealer markets
- Responsible for driving and holding Dealer Organization accountable for achieving agreed customer satisfaction, penetration, sales and profitability targets for Uptime and Parts Services in assigned dealer markets
- Support the Regional Uptime & Parts functions in prioritization of needs and agreed activity plans within assigned markets.
With high level of business acumen, holistic view and continuous improvement approach, collaborate closely with colleagues and dealer partners to reach the targets

**Main Tasks/Responsibilities/Authorities**
- Develop a high performing dealer network for selected markets, in close collaboration with Head of Market and Business Heads
- Drive and develop a value-adding relationship with dealer partners, to align and secure with dealer buy-in towards achieving Volvo CE goals and strategy
- Actively support and execute partnership development meetings (PDP) to improve the overall partnership performance of the market
- Actively support the development and be accountable for the implementation of penetration, volume, profitability and customers satisfaction targets for Uptime and Parts Services in assigned markets
- Drive Parts & Uptime services penetration growth though sales and marketing initiatives for assigned Dealers
- Through continuous presence in the assigned markets ensure a high level of market knowledge of, competitors, local pricing levels, trade regulations, customer expectations and market standard
- Be an active member on the cross-collaboration with his Commercial Manager counterpart and with all the other Market Areas

**Authorities**
- Key Contributor to decision on Price levels for Parts & Uptime Services for assigned markets
- Frontline decision on discounts for parts and uptime services as per DAG
- Work within approved budgets and approval levels as set in DAG

**Accountability**
- Achieve agreed Parts Penetration, Volume and Profitability targets
- Achieve agreed Dealer Parts Availability targets
- Achieve agreed R&M Services (CSA & EC) and Connected Services Penetration, Volume and Profitability targets
- Ensure Dealers are aligned and have the necessary Parts & Uptime Services Sales Organization, Capacity, Coverage and Competence
- Ensure and align Dealer and Volvo CE recovery actions to achieve agreed CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) & DSS (Dealer Satisfaction Survey) results to improve OtD & DtR processes

**Required knowledge & experience**

**1.
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position**:

- University degree or appropriate academic qualification
- Minimum 10-15 years' work experience in related role
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant commercial and/or channel sales management experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding in the Customer Support and Aftersales business
- Experience working in CE industry will be an added advantage
- Experience working in SEA markets will be an added advantage

A local contract hire.
