They monitor productivity, identify market opportunities, and adjust strategies to optimize results. Additionally, they conduct performance reviews, collaborate with sales planning and analysts, and ensure adherence to compliance policies and ethical practices.
\n What You Will DoWorking closely with team leaders and agencies to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of outsourced field sales teams.Monitor and evaluate the team's productivity and adherence to gofood standards.Identify market opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.Conduct regular performance reviews with region teams and agencies to drive continuous improvement.Work closely with the sales planning and analyst team to ensure each of the sales team's motions are aligned with company objectives.Ensure outsourced teams adhere to company standards, compliance policies, and ethical practices. What You Will NeedMinimum 4 years of experience in merchant engagement, vendor management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven ability to develop and implement engagement frameworks and strategies that align with organizational objectives.Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.Extensive experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.In-depth experience in managing BPO vendors, including performance evaluation and contract management.Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions under pressure.
