**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for in-store merchant acquisition, especially for key account merchant
- Maintain the relationship with key account merchants to realize sales growth
- Responsible for acquiring new users of in-store installment payment business
- Help customers complete transactions
- Manage the local team to promote the development of the group's business
- Design an effective marketing plan
- Lead the team effectively
Bachelor degree or above Having 3+ years of business development experience Having strong communication and logical analysis skills Having team management experience is preferred Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) language is a big plus
